Debutant pacer Junaid Khan bowled impressively today without much luck.

Misbahul Haq's baffling decision to bat first on a slow pitch proved to be a bad decision with Aizaz Cheema & Sohail Khan looking innocuous.

It was Junaid Khan, who stepped up and bowled his heart out - with constant good deliveries throughout the days play. Should have atleast picked up one wicket, but Sohail Khan dropped a simple catch of his bowling.

Pakistan cricket board has no immediate plans bringing a new head coach PCB chief Ijaz Butt’s tenure ends in the first week of October and with no decision made on his futureFormer assistant coach Aqib Javed, who has been omitted from the touring party since his services were needed at the National Cricket Academy, is reportedly the front-runner for the position, but nothing has been finalised so far.

Aqib’s name, as well as that of Ijaz Ahmed, who will be acting as assistant coach in the touring party heading to Zimbabwe, has been put forward for the position.
